Colin McRae Rally 4 will have players driving on the very edge of control as the series' sublime car handling combines with new championships, new single and multi-player gaming modes, and unique car part testing challenges to win advanced technology for your car.

Features:

The engine that drives the series' sublime car handling has been enhanced to a new level of detail...Previously the car handling employed a steering aid, which had the effect of making the car move around a central pivot point. Now the aid's been removed, effectively taking the stabilisers off, providing for a more professional, realistic and natural handling experience and you'll notice the difference, especially when performing skids and powerslides.

An advanced visual engine will deliver stunning environments and more detailed stages through the fresh international rally courses. The replay cameras are being enhanced to provide dramatic highlights from the rallies in dramatic televisual detail.

Gameplay will feature Championship, Rally and Stages modes, each with single player or multiplayer options that offer co-operative and competitive team challenges. Championships include a full rally season, specialist 4-wheel drive and 2-wheel drive events, Custom Rallies and an ultimate Expert Championship, which will set highest standards for the most die-hard rally fans.

Choose from over 20 rally cars and compete in 8 game modes including 4-wheel drive, 2-wheel drive, Group B and Expert Championships (with single and multiplayer options).

New, faster game engine for improved textures, new animated environments, and incredibly detailed terrain visuals. Enhanced replay cameras and new in-game "bumper cam" also feature.
