Introduction: The 17th Century Was Not an Easy Time to be a Farmer. In Agricola (Latin for farmer), you're a farmer in a wooden shack with your spouse and little else. You might think about having kids in order to get more work accomplished, but first you need to expand your house. And what are you going to feed all the little rug rats? Similar to the cards in the base game, the cards in the Consul Dirigens Deck have been selected to provide a balanced feel to the game. In addition, this deck contains the Parent Cards mini expansion, which offers 24 cards (more details can be found on the Agricola (Revised Edition 2016): Consul Dirigens Deck page). Every completionists dream comes true with the new 120 cards of the Agricola (Revised Edition 2016): Consul Dirigens Deck. 96 cards of this deck are the missing ones from the Corbarius Deck and Dulcinaria Deck expansions, which means that - finally - all four decks (Artifex Deck, Bubulcus Deck, Corbarius Deck and Dulcinaria Deck) are complete. Guide your family to wealth, health and prosperity and you will win the game. |
Features: 120 NEW CARDS FOR AGRICOLA - 96 cards of this set are the missing numbers from the Corbarius and Dulcinaria Deck, thus completing the available four decks (Artifex, Bubulcus, Corbarius and Dulcinaria). Like the 96 starting cards form the base game these cards have been selected to create a well balanced gaming experience. The remaining 24 cards form a mini expansion, called Parent Cards. This mini expansion consists of 12 Mother and 12 Father cards which grand a bonus either during the game or at game end. As a result, the game becomes a bid easier which can be used for e.g. giving new players a little advantage over experienced players or for a more casual course of play. Agricola is the classic game that invites players to guide their families to wealth, health, and prosperity in Central Europe. Every game challenges players to make unique strategic choices as they develop and expand their farms. Enjoy Agricola as a fun solo experience, immersing yourself in the world of farming and resource management. For family play, you can opt to play without the cards, creating a more accessible and engaging experience for all ages. Enter a world revitalized after the Plague, where fields must be plowed, sowed, and harvested, and where upgrading wooden houses is key to success.
