The first Tenchu title on Xbox 360, Tenchu Z is set in Feudal Japan and reflects ninja mythology, incorporating Tenchu's established stealth gameplay, sword-based combat and the ability to utilise a wide variety of cunning Tenchu accessories.

In Tenchu Z, players create their own stealth assassin ninja and sidekick characters and strive to complete deadly missions – all the while staying hidden in true Tenchu fashion by taking into account how much noise they make, how visible they are, and - new for Tenchu Z - even how badly they smell.

Tenchu Z lets players become the ultimate ninja assassin. Eliminate unsuspecting guards using Tenchu Z's stylish stealth kills or your favorite ninja weaponry, or even go straight for the big boss! Use Tenchu Z's sound, sight, and scent detection as you search out your opponents and unlock deadly new ninja moves and weapons to delight all Tenchu fans.

Master Tenchu Z's new stealth kill system: Attack and kill an opponent in Tenchu Z while hanging from the ceiling, or even from beneath the floor! Sheath your weapons to help you remain hidden, or take it out to attack your enemies.
